Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Focus on clients and supervision
- Provide high-quality caseloads that allow focus on meaningful clinical outcomes
- Supervise RBTs (implied by the context of reducing chasing RBTs and supporting BCBAs)
