About The Position

Behavioral Framework is launching its first set of clinics in the Richmond area and is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the founding team. This role will help shape the culture and clinical excellence of the new center. The position offers a unique block schedule that results in long weekends every week, allowing for more time to recharge while working with children and families. There are no direct hours or billable hour requirements. The company is a respected ABA provider, BHCOE Accredited, ACE Provider, CASP Member, and Inc. 5000 Recognized. They offer strong administrative support for scheduling, billing, authorizations, and an operations manager.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification (in good standing)
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA preferred
  • Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
  • Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide parent training and case supervision.
  • Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP), functional behavior assessments, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
