About The Position
Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Yardley clinic. The position is fully center-based, eliminating the need for home visits or commuting between locations. The clinic boasts a collaborative team culture, with a BT liaison to assist with scheduling and communication, and QA systems and goal banks to streamline planning. The focus is on providing high-quality clinical outcomes with manageable caseloads and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Focus on clients and supervision while liaison handles scheduling and communication.
- Utilize QA systems and goal banks for planning.
- Manage a high-quality caseload.
