About The Position
ABA Achievers is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its mission-driven team. Client availability includes Draper, Sandy, Salt Lake City, South Jordan, Tooele, Ogden, and additional locations. The BCBA leads and supports paraprofessionals, assesses patients, develops and implements individualized behavior intervention plans, and monitors patient progress through data collection and analysis. The role also includes providing parent training and designing tailored curricula and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB.
- Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and encourage paraprofessionals.
