About The Position
BlueSprig is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Melbourne, Florida center. The BCBA leads a team of behavior technicians, develops individualized intervention plans, and collaborates with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy. The position offers clinical autonomy and an environment focused on ethical practice, high-quality care, and meaningful client outcomes. The role is part of a clinical leadership environment with access to clinical committees and advisory boards, Grand Rounds, an annual clinical conference, and published clinical outcomes. The position also offers a defined advancement path through clinical and operational leadership, and opportunities to participate in research through SprigLAB. The stated annual salary is $80,000–$85,000, with an individual bonus of $7,000–$18,000 paid monthly and total annual compensation up to $101,000. BlueSprig describes a hybrid work model that allows remote work one day per week as center operations allow. The position requires a background check, which may include criminal history and driving record, with consent obtained before the check.
