About The Position

ABA Centers of New Jersey is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The organization provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for individuals with autism and their families, emphasizing rapid access to diagnosis and individualized care, high-quality outcomes, and measurable results. The position offers a salary of $95,000–$110,000, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education. A relocation package of up to $10,000 is available. The BCBA designs and monitors skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, oversees program implementation by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers, and conducts assessments related to behavioral intervention. The role includes weekly supervision of individuals pursuing BCBA certification and other typical BCBA activities. The organization promotes smaller caseloads, AI-supported administrative workflows, clinical mentorship and support, special interest groups, and opportunities to develop into specialized career paths including clinical leadership, operations, quality assurance, utilization review, assessments, training and development, and research.

Requirements

Master’s degree.
Active BCBA certification.
Initiate the state licensure process before the start date.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Ability to maintain clean background and drug screenings and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
Oversee RBTs and caregivers in implementing behavior-analytic programs.
Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention, including preference, functional, and staff performance assessments.
Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
Perform other typical BCBA activities.
