Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Centria is hiring a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative, purpose-built clinical setting. The role focuses on providing individualized, assent-based care and clinical leadership while operational support teams handle logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding. The position offers predictable caseloads, manageable schedules, clinical support, and opportunities to grow through mentoring, training, or leadership. Compensation is a base salary of $85,000–$95,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average $1,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
- Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
- Develop and implement individualized, assent-based behavior plans following ABA principles.
- Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
