About The Position
Centria is hiring a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative, purpose-built clinical setting. The role focuses on delivering individualized, assent-based care while supporting Behavior Technicians, engaging parents, and maintaining high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decision-making. The position is supported by Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, a Clinical Excellence Team, and operations staff who manage logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding. Compensation is a base salary of $85,000–$90,000, with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average $1,000 per month. Responsibilities
- Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
- Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
- Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
