About The Position

Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our San Marcos - area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and total earning potential up to $105K with bonus. Cole Academy ABA Therapy is dedicated to changing lives for children with autism and creating a culture where people and patients come first. Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy to children with autism.
  • Manage ethical caseload expectations.
  • Offer hybrid flexibility after ramp-up/clinical readiness.
  • Work alongside Speech, OT, and PT professionals in a team setting.
  • Provide mentorship and support to RBTs.
  • Contribute to strengthening clinic systems and mentoring others.
  • Ensure ethical, quality care and clinician support.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide parent training.
  • Develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Utilize tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Central Reach.
