About The Position

Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our San Marcos - area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and total earning potential up to $105K with bonus. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA therapy to pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
  • Provide parent training and support.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with Speech, OT, and PT professionals.
  • Maintain ethical caseload expectations.
  • Contribute to strengthening clinic systems and mentoring others.
  • Ensure ethical, quality care and clinician support through observation.
