About The Position
Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our San Marcos - area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and total earning potential up to $105K with bonus. Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy to pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
- Provide parent training and support.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with Speech, OT, and PT professionals.
- Maintain ethical caseload expectations.
- Contribute to strengthening clinic systems and mentoring others.
- Ensure ethical, quality care and clinician support through observation.
