About The Position

BlueSprig is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Macon, Georgia center. The BCBA leads a team of behavior technicians, develops individualized intervention plans, and works with families and physicians to provide tailored applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Total annual compensation is listed as $87,000–$103,000, comprising an annual salary of $80,000–$85,000 and an annual individual bonus of $7,000–$18,000, paid monthly.
