Behavior Stars ABA is a growing provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services dedicated to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families achieve meaningful progress. We provide individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based services throughout Connecticut in home, school, community, and clinic settings. We believe our clinicians are our greatest strength. That's why we foster a supportive, collaborative environment where BCBAs have the flexibility, resources, and clinical autonomy they need to provide exceptional care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our growing clinical team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building relationships with families, mentoring behavior technicians, and creating individualized treatment programs that make a lasting impact. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure high-quality ABA services.
