About The Position

Autism 360 is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote position serving families in North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services, partner with families, mentor RBTs, and help learners make meaningful progress, all while working remotely. The position emphasizes great clinical work, a supportive team, and increased flexibility. A key requirement is current residency in North Carolina due to insurance and payer guidelines.

Requirements

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Eligibility to practice behavior analysis in North Carolina, including applicable licensure and credentialing requirements
Experience working with autistic children and adolescents
Strong understanding of ABA principles, functional assessment, treatment planning, behavior intervention, and skill-acquisition programming
Experience supervising and coaching RBTs or behavior technicians
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working independently in a remote environment
Excellent organization, time-management, and clinical documentation skills
Reliable high-speed internet and an appropriate private workspace for confidential clinical services
Must currently reside in North Carolina

Responsibilities

Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
Conducting ongoing assessments and using data to guide clinical decisions
Creating measurable skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction goals
Monitoring learner progress and modifying programming when clinically appropriate
Providing remote supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians
Conducting caregiver training and helping families generalize skills beyond therapy sessions
Collaborating with families, RBTs, fellow BCBAs, and operational team members
Completing treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and clinical documentation within required timelines
Ensuring services meet clinical, ethical, payer, BACB, HIPAA, and organizational standards
Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities
Acting as a clinical resource and advocate for learners, families, and team members
