Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The role uses a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focuses on trauma-informed, ethical care. Clinical growth pathways, mentorship, ongoing training, and covered continuing education expenses are available. The position includes realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, flexible schedules including work-from-home days, and collaboration with dually certified SLP-BCBAs and the Behavior Treatment Committee. Centers are designed for naturalistic teaching, and the organization provides a strong RBT training program.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Two to three years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
- Ability to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to each individual.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
- Support families during conversations so parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
