Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The role uses a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and emphasizes trauma-informed, ethical care. Clinical growth is supported through defined pathways, mentorship, ongoing training, and covered continuing education expenses. The position offers realistic caseloads, consistent schedules without nights or weekends, flexible scheduling including work-from-home days, and collaboration with dually certified SLP-BCBAs and the Behavior Treatment Committee. BCBAs also benefit from an RBT training program and centers designed for naturalistic teaching.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
- Ability to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to each individual.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model, and monitor progress on individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
- Support families during conversations so parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
