About The Position

Look Up Therapy is hiring a BCBA in Davie County, North Carolina, to start now. You’ll begin with children ages 2 to 10 in their homes and daycares, then help launch our new center in Advance when it opens in January 2027. You won’t inherit someone else’s system — you’ll help build it. This is a ground-floor role in a center opening in January 2027, with an early intervention caseload of children ages 2 to 10. Clinical decisions are made by clinicians. Supervision of your RBTs is built into the schedule, not squeezed in. This is a practice small enough that leadership knows your name.

Requirements

Current BCBA certification.
NC BCBA Licensure (a must)
Reliable transportation for home and daycare visits.

Responsibilities

Assess children and design individualized ABA programs.
Supervise and train your RBTs.
Coach parents and partner with daycare staff.
Help shape how the Advance center runs from day one.

Earn $70 to $85 for every billable hour, get paid for your indirect and travel time, and help open a brand-new ABA center.
At 30 billable hours a week, that’s $105,000 to $127,500 a year, plus paid indirect time.
Indirect time — report writing, treatment planning, and other non-billable work — is paid at $25 to $30 per hour.
Travel time is paid, including a monthly trip to Salisbury.
Based on hours billed: sign-on bonus, paid after 90 days.
Once your caseload reaches 10 clients, you can move to a salaried position.
