About The Position

BlueSprig is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) who are currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. The total annual compensation can reach up to $111,000, including a base salary of $83,000 – $93,000, an annual individual bonus of $7,000 – $18,000, and a relocation package of $5,000-$20,000 depending on location. Requirements

  • Certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
  • Background check, which may include, but is not limited to, criminal history and driving record.
