About The Position

Centria Autism is hiring a hybrid, center-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA therapy and make a difference in children's lives. The role combines working from home part of the week with in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams in a purpose-built clinical setting. Its model incorporates assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment. The BCBA will receive operational and clinical support, manageable schedules, and opportunities for professional growth. The base salary is up to $105,000 based on experience, with monthly and weekly bonuses averaging $1,000 or more per month. Applicants are invited to share salary expectations, and compensation may be tailored to clinical experience and value.
