About The Position

Centria Autism is hiring a hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee and deliver high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy through a combination of remote and in-person work. The role is described as a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement, with weekly in-person supervision and visits in home or center-based settings. The BCBA works with clients, families, Behavior Technicians, and clinical teams, supported by clinical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits.
• Develop and implement individualized, assent-based behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy through monthly parent training.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
• Use in-person time to support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships.
