About The Position
The Arc of the Ozarks, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities live more independent, meaningful lives, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Springfield, MO. This is a full-time position starting at $66,240/year, with experience-based pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. The role involves providing ABA therapy and behavior support, conducting FBAs, training caregivers, and supervising RBTs and other staff.
Requirements
- Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA & Missouri LBA (in good standing)
- 1+ year experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses
- Strong communication and data skills
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups
- Conduct FBAs and analyze data
- Train caregivers and supervise RBTs, ABA Specialists & practicum students
- Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families
