Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - $5k Sign On Bonus
About The Position
Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The role uses a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and focuses on trauma-informed, ethical care to support learners and help each individual succeed. The position offers realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, flexible scheduling that includes work-from-home days, and opportunities to co-treat with dually certified SLP-BCBAs. The team also provides behavior treatment collaboration sessions, a strong RBT training program, and centers designed for naturalistic teaching. Lighthouse is an ACE Provider with an internal CEU library and, as a CASP member, provides access to more than 100 free BACB CEUs. The posting advertises a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages.
- Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.
