About The Position

Butterfly Effects is hiring a part-time, fee-for-service BCBA to provide services on weekends in Massachusetts. The BCBA will work as part of an interdisciplinary team supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. The role includes clinical leadership and supervision, assessment and treatment planning, caregiver training, and coordination with other professionals. The position requires an active BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. All experience levels are welcome.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Must live in Massachusetts and hold licensure in Massachusetts.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise RBTs and BTs to support consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
• Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build families’ long-term capacity.
• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to support holistic client outcomes.
• Assist with related special projects and perform other related duties as assigned by management.
