Requirements

• Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
• Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
• Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
• Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA

• 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience
• Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
• Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player

Responsibilities

• Provide Telehealth ABA services in North Carolina.
• Provide in-person supervision at least 25% monthly (one week per month).

• Base Compensation: $78,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience.
