About The Position

We're Hiring for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Remote Telehealth ABA services. Requirements

Reside outside of the DFW area but local to Texas.
Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision.
Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines.
Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided.
Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of ABA telehealth experience.
Experience working with center-based, early intervention children.
Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player.

Responsibilities

Provide Remote Telehealth ABA services.
Provide in-person supervision at least 25% monthly (one week per month).

Base Compensation: $79,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience.
Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time.
