About The Position

We are seeking a part-time, hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing, supportive team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping children thrive, offering flexibility without sacrificing impact. You will provide direct services and guide behavior intervention plans across home, community, and clinic settings, making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Licensed as required by the state of Maryland
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and team members
• Use data to guide decisions and celebrate progress
• Partner with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and uphold professional standards
• Collaborate with families, schools, and providers to ensure well-rounded care
