About The Position

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA in Montgomery County, PA! This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible BCBAs hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. The bonus is paid in two installments: $2,500 after the first billable service and another $2,500 after 90 days of hire. The rate is $85 per hour as an independent contractor. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA will participate in the intake process, case management, selection, orientation, training, and clinical supervision of program staff. Additionally, they will guide and assist individuals in gaining access to services, monitor service delivery, evaluate outcomes, and assess the continued need for services. The BCBA will support families throughout Montgomery County, PA and may work school, after-school, or early evening hours depending on program needs, with flexible scheduling for work/life balance.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active
  • Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
  • TB Screening (current within 3 months)
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
  • BCBA certification
  • PA Behavior Specialist License

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision.
  • Facilitate services to meet the individualized needs of clients by working in a cross-collaborative effort with multiple service entities.
  • Act as clinical leader and develop a treatment plan at ITMs.
  • Provide direct supervision to staff, monitor staff performance, provide direct clinical feedback and determine staff development needs.
  • Monitor and revise plans and packets to ensure compliance with, but not limited to State, Federal, and local regulations.
  • Review clinical notes to monitor the on-going progress of clients.
  • Conduct service intakes for clients to gain a clinical understanding of their educational, behavioral, and medical needs to assist in identifying the appropriate staff and eligibility for services.
  • Coordinate resources to enhance the well-being of the child and overall family functioning.
  • Assist in problem solving when conflicts arise over behavioral paradigms in other involved systems.
  • Troubleshoot with the team when behavior interventions are seen as ineffective for the child or family.
  • Develop a 24-hour crisis plan.
  • Monitor billing system for accuracy to ensure payment from school districts, Medicaid, and/or private insurers for services provided to clients.
  • Collaborate with the mobile therapist and/or behavior health technicians to monitor implementation and effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Travel to and from clients’ locations (i.e., home, school, community settings) to perform duties.
