About The Position

Woodfords Family Services is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This 40-hour per week position involves providing behavioral and clinical consultation to children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home, community, and educational settings. The role emphasizes person-centered care, thoughtful intervention, and partnership, with no commercial billing requirements to allow more focus on effective intervention and relationship building. The position is based in Manchester, Maine, with services provided throughout the Greater Kennebec County area and surrounding school districts.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development or a related field.
  • Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis or ability to obtain required.
  • Experience developing, implementing and monitoring behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience working in a variety of settings with individuals with severe interfering behaviors
  • Valid driver's license and reliable use of a safe, insured motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting evaluations, assessments, and behavioral observations
  • Collecting and analyzing data to guide individualized programming
  • Developing and overseeing behavior support plans and interventions
  • Training and collaborating with staff and caregivers
