About The Position

Safro Staffing is partnering with an ABA therapy organization seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and behavioral services to clients throughout Montgomery County and surrounding Maryland communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), monitoring client progress, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.

Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing ABA services and supervising clinical staff preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data review and treatment modifications
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in client care
  • Ensure compliance with all ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision
  • Provide parent and caregiver training as appropriate
  • Support positive client outcomes and successful program progression
