About The Position

A brand-new, privately owned ABA clinic is opening in Cordova, TN, and they're looking for a BCBA who wants more than just another job. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level and have a real impact on culture, clinical quality, and how services are delivered. The client population is ages 18 months to 6 years with an early intervention focus.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Willingness to work in a clinician-focused environment.
• Desire to build a clinic from the ground up and impact culture, clinical quality, and service delivery.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with early intervention.
• Experience working with ages 18 months to 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 8-12 clients.
• Provide 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct clinic-based therapy sessions only (no home sessions).
• Collaborate with an on-site SLP and OT.
• Have direct access to ownership and leadership.
