Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position involves improving the lives of students through exceptional occupational therapy and behavioral intervention. The BCBA will provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans, conduct evaluations and assessments, write reports to determine strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention, and supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions. PDS provides the nation's public school districts, charter schools, and communities at large with highly qualified pediatric therapists, including BCBA's and speech, occupational, and physical therapists. PDS supports win-win initiatives for all and offers real support and a tailored mentorship program for its clinicians.
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- State BCBA License
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and writing reports to determine strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention.
- Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
