Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid/Mobile Community Based
About The Position
Riverside Community Care is seeking an Adjunct Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultative services to individuals, families, caregivers, and/or providers served by The Department of Developmental Services in the DDS Charles River West Area Office. This role involves completing formal and informal assessments, collaborating with support teams, and establishing interventions in accordance with state Positive Behavior Support regulations. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in the DDS Charles River West Area Office in Waltham, MA, and in-person observations in the community. The ideal candidate will possess patience, compassion, and creativity in serving adults with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and/or cognitive disabilities. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own schedule and create a work/life balance.

Responsibilities
- Provide consultative services to individuals, families, caregivers, and/or providers served by The Department of Developmental Services.
- Complete formal and informal assessments.
- Collaborate with support teams in the DDS area office and/or other providers.
- Establish interventions in accordance with the state Positive Behavior Support regulations.
- Conduct in-person observations in the communities served by the area office.
