About The Position
Wee Care Liberty POST is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide services in clinics (Dyer and/or Portage) and surrounding areas during home visits. Wee Care has been a leading pediatric intervention service provider in northwest Indiana and the southern Chicago suburbs since 1994. In Fall 2024, Wee Care joined Liberty POST, an early intervention agency that has offered a range of high-quality and individualized services since 1994. Liberty POST, backed by Liberty Resources Inc., provides evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play, focusing on a child's natural learning environment, family strengths and needs, and the diverse population served. The agency employs over 500 professionals across various settings and offers a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities
- Provide Board Certified Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) therapy for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.
- Evaluate, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Test and evaluate child’s abilities to determine realistic goals.
- Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, and progress in a timely manner using Electronic Medical Record system.
