About The Position
Make a Difference with Skill Sprouts ABA 🌱 At Skill Sprouts ABA, we provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA services to children and families across New Mexico. We are looking for a dedicated BCBA who is passionate about helping children grow and thrive while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification.
- New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience working with children with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and support RBTs and ABA staff.
- Analyze data and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers.
- Provide caregiver training and support.
- Complete required clinical documentation.
