About The Position
Wee Care Liberty POST is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide services in clinics and surrounding areas during home visits. Since 1994, Wee Care has been a leading pediatric intervention service provider in northwest Indiana and the southern Chicago suburbs, known for its highly regarded professionals and model treatment facility. In Fall 2024, Wee Care joined Liberty POST, an early intervention agency with a history dating back to 1994. Liberty POST, backed by Liberty Resources Inc., has expanded from its origins as a speech-language practice in Syracuse, NY, to offer a wide range of services across New York State and other states, now including Indiana. The agency employs over 500 professionals who utilize a collaborative team approach to provide evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play. Liberty POST emphasizes the importance of a child's natural learning environment, a family's unique strengths and needs, and the diverse population they serve.

Responsibilities
- Provide Board Certified Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) therapy for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.
- Evaluate, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Test and evaluate child’s abilities to determine realistic goals.
- Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, and progress in a timely manner using Electronic Medical Record system.
