About The Position

AnthroMed Education is a clinician-first organization built by former educators to support professionals doing meaningful work in schools. We are currently hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity in Lake Stevens, Washington for the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves supporting students with high autism/ASD support needs across the district, overseeing and providing guidance to RBTs and CBTs, supporting Structured Learning Center programming district-wide, and collaborating with educational teams to develop behavior intervention strategies. The service model includes direct behavioral support consultation, staff collaboration, team-based intervention planning, and district-wide behavioral programming support. Additional support structures include close collaboration with district behavioral support teams and the opportunity to supervise and mentor behavioral support staff.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Eligible for or holding active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and meeting applicable Washington State professional practice requirements
  • Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
