About The Position

They have built a new BCBA experience around a manageable caseload, genuine clinical support, and a multidisciplinary team invested in growing together. This role is designed for new BCBAs to start their careers in a supportive environment, with dedicated onboarding, mentorship, and gradual caseload ramp-up. The focus is on building confidence and clinical depth, with a caseload of up to 10 clients to ensure quality work. Documentation flexibility allows for notes and indirect tasks to be handled from home, keeping clinic time focused on clients.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing

Responsibilities

  • Design and guide ABA programs
  • Conduct assessments
  • Supervise and mentor RBT team
  • Lead parent training sessions
  • Collaborate directly with the multidisciplinary team on shared clients
