Local Locations: You will be assigned to a a few schools or homes within a 30 minute radius. All travel time is paid, and we will keep you as localized as possible. Elevated BCaBA Mentorship: We don't just check the box on your mandatory supervision hours. You will work hand-in-hand with our active BCBA owners, gaining deep clinical development, advanced behavioral assessment training, and real professional mentorship. 90-Day Mentorship: Stepping into an educational environment takes strategy. We provide enhanced administrative support, school-specific workflow training, and team onboarding during your first 90 days so you can build rapport with teachers and staff seamlessly.

Requirements

Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Ability to successfully clear standard Florida Level 2 background screenings and school district credentialing steps.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills—you must be comfortable translating behavioral strategies into simple, actionable terms for classroom teachers and parents.
Absolute reliability; you understand how much the school routines and RBT team rely on your leadership.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience navigating IEP meetings, exceptional student education (ESE) structures, or classroom dynamics.
Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site clinical lead for your assigned campus, bridging the gap between behavior analysis and the educational environment.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and behavioral intakes within elementary school settings under BCBA oversight.
Develop, monitor, and refine individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to classroom success.
Provide direct, on-site supervision, behavior skills training (BST), and clinical support to school-based RBTs.
Run direct therapy sessions, focus on school-based social skills development, and provide collaborative consultation to classroom teachers and school staff.
Monitor student progress through strict data review, graphs, and timely treatment plan updates.
Maintain absolute compliance with BACB guidelines, school district standards, and ethical behavior practices.
