Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join their team at their centers. Requirements
- BCaBA certification
- Ability to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Skills in training and mentoring Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Proficiency in assisting with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
- Experience in collecting and analyzing client data
- Ability to collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
- Skills in engaging families through communication and parent training

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
