Requirements

BCaBA certification
Experience in ABA therapy
Ability to train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Skills in developing and modifying behavior intervention plans
Proficiency in data collection and analysis
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of assent-based, child-centered philosophy

Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
