About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a structured, collaborative environment at their centers. As a BCaBA, you will support clients and supervise Behavior Technicians, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth. Requirements

BCaBA certification
Ability to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Skills in training and mentoring Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Proficiency in developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
Experience in collecting and analyzing client data
Ability to collaborate with BCBAs for data-driven treatment decisions
Experience engaging families through communication and parent training
Understanding and application of assent-based, child-centered philosophy

Responsibilities
