Center-Based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

As a BCaBA, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients and supervising Behavior Technicians, all while receiving the mentorship you need to continue your career journey. Requirements
- BCaBA certification
- Ability to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Ability to train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Ability to assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
- Ability to collect and analyze client data
- Ability to collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
- Ability to engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
- Commitment to Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy

Responsibilities
