About The Position

D & M Behavioral Solutions of Pembroke Pines, FL is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). This role involves supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), leading caregiver training, and potentially growing towards a BCBA certification. The position acts as a bridge between RBTs and BCBAs, involving direct ABA sessions, supervision visits, modeling procedures, checking data, and ensuring program fidelity. The role also includes leading caregiver training, drafting program updates, providing feedback to RBTs, assisting with assessments and treatment plan updates, and completing documentation. Requirements

• Current BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Individual NPI (or obtain before start).
• Valid Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
• A genuine love for working with kids and families.
• Patience, reliability, and strong communication with families and teammates.
• Organized and data-driven.
• Clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Willingness to grow toward BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct ABA services and supervision to RBTs under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
• Models procedures, gives performance feedback, and monitors treatment fidelity.
• Leads caregiver training using behavioral skills training.
• Assists with assessments, data analysis, graphing, and treatment-plan updates for BCBA review.
• Completes documentation in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
• Participates in case reviews and quality-improvement activities.
• Follows the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and D & M policies.
