Requirements
- Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
- Bachelor’s degree and completion of applicable BCaBA certification requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a supervising BCBA and clinical team
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, individualized ABA care
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans and programming
- Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and center leadership
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and payer requirements
- Support high-quality, ethical ABA services across your caseload
