About The Position
We’re hiring a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our small, supportive center in Oklahoma City. If you want flexibility, manageable caseloads, and a team that values your voice, this is the place for you.
Requirements
- Active BCaBA and LBA
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including flexibility for schedule changes to meet patient and staff needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to successfully complete and pass background and reference checks, and a drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ABA data collection software preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise BTs/RBTs and support families with caregiver training
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers and other BCBAs to improve outcomes
