About The Position

This role involves providing supervision and direct ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, conducting assessments, developing behavior-change programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Requirements

  • BCaBA Certification
  • LBA/LABA License by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments.
  • Develop Individualized Behavior-Change Programs.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Analyze data to inform decisions and enhance treatment plans.
  • Ensure seamless care coordination with internal and external treatment providers.
  • Conduct clinical supervision to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Provide weekly updates to direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers.
  • Properly maintain client records and protected health information.
  • Provide Direct and Indirect ABA Services.
