The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) plays a vital role in helping children and families achieve meaningful progress through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BCaBA supports the assessment, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of individualized treatment programs designed to promote skill acquisition, independence, and improved quality of life. The BCaBA collaborates closely with caregivers, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBAs, and other members of the clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising and training behavior technicians, providing caregiver education, analyzing behavioral data, and assisting with treatment planning and program modifications.
