About The Position

This role involves making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The position is hybrid, allowing for both in-person and remote work.

Requirements

  • BCaBA Certification
  • LBA/LABA License by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments in various settings (center, home, school, community).
  • Develop Individualized Behavior-Change Programs tailored to client goals.
  • Facilitate training and development for Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Analyze data to inform decisions and enhance treatment plans.
  • Ensure seamless care coordination with internal and external treatment providers.
  • Conduct clinical supervision to maintain high standards of care.
  • Provide weekly updates to direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers.
  • Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws.
  • Provide Direct and Indirect ABA Services.
