About The Position

This role involves making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The position is hybrid, allowing for both in-person and remote work.
Requirements
- BCaBA Certification
- LBA/LABA License by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments in various settings (center, home, school, community).
- Develop Individualized Behavior-Change Programs tailored to client goals.
- Facilitate training and development for Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Analyze data to inform decisions and enhance treatment plans.
- Ensure seamless care coordination with internal and external treatment providers.
- Conduct clinical supervision to maintain high standards of care.
- Provide weekly updates to direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers.
- Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws.
- Provide Direct and Indirect ABA Services.
