About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who wants to make an impact on their community! Requirements
- Must be licensed as a BCaBA.
- At least a Bachelors/Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- One year experience working with children on the spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
- Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
- Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
- Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
- Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
