Integrity Learning Center is searching for passionate and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) who love to learn, collaborate, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. This is a full-time hourly position. We are a stable, growing practice that emphasizes quality over quantity. Our clinical model is designed to support manageable caseloads, collaboration with experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for continued professional growth. We provide early intervention ABA services for children ages 2–7 in our center and school-based ABA services that support successful transitions into educational settings. As a BCaBA at Integrity, you'll serve as an integral member of each client's clinical team. You'll collaborate closely with experienced BCBAs to conduct assessments, analyze treatment data, develop programming, provide caregiver training, supervise RBTs, and support treatment across clinic, community, and school settings. You'll have meaningful clinical responsibilities while receiving ongoing mentorship and support to continue growing as a behavior analyst.
