About The Position

Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. We focus on high-quality, individualized care and building strong relationships with families and our clinical team. This role is designed to provide meaningful clinical experience while supporting BCBAs and the Clinical Director in delivering high-quality care. It is a hands-on clinical role with direct impact on clients and RBTs, a support role working closely with BCBAs and leadership, offering flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload needs, and an opportunity to grow toward a BCBA role if desired.

Requirements

• BCaBA certification required
• Ohio certification required
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders
• Strong understanding of ABA principles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team

• Someone interested in developing toward a BCBA role (optional)

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supporting an assigned ABA caseload
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to RBTs in the field and clinic
• Support implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect and review data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist with assessments, program updates, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Clinical Director, and team members
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Support a consistent and structured clinical environment
